Payoneer fees in Pakistan (2026): withdrawal, annual fee and JazzCash

Payoneer is how most Pakistani freelancers get paid, especially on Fiverr. Its fees are higher than most people realise. Here's what you actually pay in 2026.

The fees that matter

WhatFee (as reported, Nov 2026)
Payment from another Payoneer user or a marketplaceUsually free (Upwork charges a small transfer fee)
Payment into your USD, EUR or GBP receiving account1%
Withdrawal to a Pakistani bankAbout 3%, conversion included
Annual account fee$29.95 if you receive under $6,000 in 12 months
Withdrawal to JazzCashSame ~3%; minimum $5

Payoneer changes its pricing often and shows different figures by account. Check the pricing page in your own account before a big withdrawal.

The 3% is mostly the exchange rate

Payoneer converts your dollars at its own rate, below the interbank rate. That margin is where most of the cost sits. On $1,000, 3% is about Rs 8,400 at Rs 280.

JazzCash and Easypaisa

You can link Payoneer inside the JazzCash app and withdraw instantly, from $5, with no JazzCash charge. Easypaisa has no direct Payoneer link: withdraw to a bank, then transfer. Wallets have daily and monthly limits, and for tax records you want your earnings to reach a bank account that issues a PRC, so use wallets for small, urgent amounts.

How to pay less

  • On Upwork, use Direct to Local Bank ($0.99) instead of Payoneer.
  • Withdraw less often, in bigger amounts, if any part of the fee is fixed.
  • Cross $6,000 a year to avoid the annual fee, or move platforms off Payoneer if you can't.
  • Ask direct clients to pay through Wise to your PKR IBAN; they pay the fee, you get close to the mid rate.
